Reserving car
You may reserve your car in one of two ways:
New, effective Monday, Feb 11, 2008
- By web: go to the web reservations page
- By phone: call the automated reservation system at 303.552.9509 (or 1.866.WE SHARE)
If you do not know your User ID or PIN #, please contact Karen Worminghaus or by calling 720.883.4052.

How do I cancel a reservation?
|
|
|
You do so with the reservation system.
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you won't be charged for the reserved time.
|

Will the specific car I want be available?
|
|
|
Of course, there's no guarantee that a shared car you want will be available for reservation when you want it.
(This is no different than what happens when multiple family members have access to a single private car.)
However, you can safely assume that the car you want will be available when you want it more than 90 % of the time.
That's because we station 1 car for every 10 members, and that ratio has proven to be quite acceptable.
If the car you want is not available when you want it, you still have access to the other cars.
Or you may consider reserving it for another time.
If it is important that you have a car available for a certain time, just schedule it far ahead of time.

What if I the reservation system is down?
|
|
|
You can go ahead using any reservation you already made.
Do not use a car without a reservation.
|

For how long can I reserve a car?
|
|
|
You may reserve any vehicle for up to 24 consecutive hours.
If you wish to use a vehicle for more than 24 hours, please contact Karen Worminghaus or by calling 720.883.4052, for approval.
For longer trips you may want to consider using a traditional car rental agency.

Can I take a car on a trip?
|

Yes.
Using a CarShare car will be more convenient, but it may be cheaper to rent a car instead.
