- BCS owns, maintains, fuels and insures a fleet of cars
- Members have access to any of the cars in the fleet
- Members schedule car use through a automated telephone reservation system
- BCS charges members monthly based on their usage
- BCS pays for gas, insurance and maintenance
- BCS members don't need their own insurance, unless they also plan to drive non-BCS cars
- As more members join, BCS adds more vehicles throughout Boulder
