How do you know my usage?
|
|

Each car has a log.
You fill the start time and mileage at the beginning, and the end time and mileage at the end.
We bill you based on actual use, and on the time you reserved.

How do you bill me?
|
|
|
We send you a montly bill and we charge your credit card for the amount you owe.
|

What if I want to stop my membership?
|
|
|
We'll stop charging you the $ 10 / month fee, but the joining fee is non-refundable.

What if afterwards I want to restart my membership?
|
|
|
We'll charge 50 % of the joining fee.
|
|
|
|
What's my liability in case of accident?
|
|
|
Our insurance has a $ 250 deductible, so you would have to pay for the damage up to that deductible.

Do I get charged for actual rental time or reserved time?
|
|
|
Reserved time.
If you return the car early and cancel the rest of the reservation, you still get charged the full amount, because others weren't able to reserve the car during that time.
If your actual time is more that the reserved time, you are violating the rule that you must have a reservation for any time that you use the car.
Note that you are not charged for having the car overnight.

What if I get towed?
|
|
|
You will be charged for the hours that the car was not available while impounded.
You will be charged for any cab expenses incurred by members who had already reserved the car for periods while the car was impounded.
You must pay the towing charge.
If BCS pays it, you'll be billed the extra $ 50 handling charge on top of it.

You must pay it.
